The Crestor Money Back Guarantee refund is available for patients where Crestor failed to have a satisfactory therapeutic response.

The Crestor Money Back Guarantee is limited to one payment per person, per lifetime.

Payment will be made by cheque or direct credit to the nominated applicant within one month of receipt of proof of pharmacy purchase for Crestor only. Please send your receipt and the barcode from the Crestor pack by post to the following address:

The amount to be refunded is up to the recommended retail price of $36 per month for a three month supply of Crestor (assuming three-monthly pharmacy dispensing). Refunds will be limited to the cost of Crestor only, and will not include other medical costs such as consultation, tests or treatment of side effects.

The Crestor Money Back Guarantee is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
